Has anyone ever had a diabetic eye test and been able to see clearly ever again ?
. And as for how long it took to actually see anything more clearly after putting the eye drops of peppermint to take pictures of your eyes? Any ophthalmologists know the outcome? I am diabetic and had an eye exam, often at least once a year to be exact. My vision is blurry and my eyes are sensitive to sunlight or maybe 3-4 hours.after'm fine and I can see clearly. I have type 1 diabetes was 2.5 years and have had great difficulty getting my eyes back in focus usually a few hours. I'd say if you still have problems the next day you call. This is a question I can not answer. I just hope they do not. If it does, it seems from the previous question, there is no lasting effect. Good luck. I've been on insulin for 20 years and had many of these images and eye drops drops. The students expand their picture to the retina. There is no damage to blood vessels or retina after 12 hours, it is not merely to look at. Diabetes is a silent disease and pain ar.e. I used to work in hospital laboratories. It is important to wear sunglasses for a few hours after the test. My mother has this test takes a few hours, the sad feeling goes away, but on the day their vision is normal, just type this larger no signs of eye exam only those cars that I knock up to four hours later I "ma type II. I liked it very often. It's no biggie. After a few hours it is ok. I once tried to ride before it was fine with my girlfriend sitting next to me in a panic, shouting: "Stop Right Left." Stupidly done. Only three -4 hours dininishing but if your vision is still blurry, maybe your blood sugar is so high. If it was low, I think you would have a different kind of vision - more tunnel vision in my experience. The drops are for other types of eye exams as well.

If I take Diabetic meds will they see it in my military blood test?
For example, winner when I went to the station to its members. If these drugs such as metformin and other diabetes drug show test results? They will not be tested for, but you will not be good, if you withhold medical information, the services of a report from your doctor may need anyway, and it will sooner or later. Jonatha, yes, they have the blood test not only of the knowledge-Med's taking, but you work it into the bloodstream, but they know contenr of your blood sugar. Sorry, Good Luck. Draw v You could not test for it, but you would be out if they request your records from your doctor you have to tell you when you have a disease / condition. Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought that a diabetic weather could not write to type one in the military or enroll in it? Sorry if I wrong.Thats what I said tho I do not think you can only win if you are diabetic.

What kind of path lab test are recommend for diabetic?
I'm curious what other tests are recommended for the blood test after a diabetic patient. ophthalmoscope eye examination, neurological examination and, in particular the lower limbs. EDIT: To everyone here, I'm pretty sure they asked what tests are recommended blood tests as well. The last time I checked, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, lipid profile, blood counts were all blood tests. I guess we're talking about diabetes type 2 (adult)? While glucose control is important, it is also very important to be looking for other complications of diabetes. The most common vascular diseases such as coronary heart disease (myocardial infarction), stroke and peripheral vascular disease (PVD). Other common complications affecting the eyes, kidneys and peripheral nerves. There are a series of tests and control measures recommended for a diabetic (which include blood tests as well.) - Blood Sugar: This patient will be measured on a very regular basis - HbA1c: This is used for long-term control of glucose monitor - lipid profile: influence cardiovascular risk (the risk is already increased in diabetes) - Cardiac testing: EKG / ECG and blood pressure measurement - Analysis of urine (urine analysis) to detect diabetes-related kidney disease - eye exam: a qualified medical professional - Foot exams: peripheral neuropathy secondary to diabetes can lead to foot deformities and decubitus we go: Cholesterol HDL LDL triglyceride Creatine From microalbumin Mau I had made all this possible. Took me, because I do not have insurance, $ 42 USIf I lived in America, it would cost around $ 600. I live in Thailand. 10 years ago I had the same tests in the U.S. and I had to pay $ 549 Tin had this lab test yesterday I 300pesos.P Save cholesterol Philippines creatinine, LDL, HDL, ECG should triglecerides fasting blood sugar in check for me in the eye in February for the annual review of the opinion

Does anybody knows that changing to diabetic diet affect the glucose tolerance test?
I have 32 weeks pregnant and diagnosed with gestational diabetes. My doctor wants me to follow a diabetic diet and repeat the test of glucose tolerance in 2 weeks. Everyone knows that a regime change might affect tolerance test glucose for diabetics? If you think two weeks is enough? May help some, but basically how the body reacts to glucose changed forever. A test of glucose tolerance less serious can be seen, but it is especially important to eat and live as a diabetic now. Any damage to blood vessels continues. I can not answer your question, but I can tell you that gestational diabetes are at greater risk of developing diabetes in adulthood. After the birth of a child, watching your weight and get your BGL (blood glucose) regularly. When I was pregnant years ago, was not known, and now I am a diabetic on medication. Probably I have more time than usual long BGL and did not know. I ended up with eye injury at age 43, so keep on top of that the doctor has already determined that you are diabetic at this point. I think that's why he wants you to follow a diabetic diet, come back in two weeks to ensure that diabetes is worse and can not by diet alone. If it turns out that there can not he decide to go ahead and put on insulin. Good luck and congratulations on your new baby:) Do what you want to keep your child and two weeks is enough time. Change what you can affect how your body will eat it prepared for an exam. The results of glucose tolerance may change. What to do if the CCT is to kill, because it is only to measure the body's reaction to the rich glucose. The GTtis old, outdated and wrong. Hemoglobin A1c test is a better indicator of how your body handles sugar. It HA1C is a simple blood test - no real necessity. Glucose attaches to hemoglobin permanently. This test measures the amount of glycated hemoglobin in the blood because the life of the hemoglobin in the blood is three months - HA1C it is a good indicator of what your blood sugar for the period. A rate of 7% or more of concern. A diet affects HA1C, but test a few months to see. So.stick to a diet for junior arrives, refuses another annoying and ask for a GTT HA1C a real idea of how the body handles glucose .

Recycle empty diabetic test strip containers?
Any idea how I could strip my empty containers to use? I hate to throw things away if I can use them. They are very happy Canesten empty movie, but the lid is attached. Ships ideas would be helpful. Thanks I know someone who uses them for their daily pills. You can use them for earrings or change in the toll, or cut a small hole in the ground and use a travel toothbrush holder or a pocket first aid kit and sewing kit. Or, if you are crafting, how they use the old small craft, such as snaps, buttons, jewelry, pearls, or whatever small items you use in crafting? Since they are probably "medical" plastic, probably cooked at low temperatures required to cure polymer clay, but you should check. I'm pretty sure that some of the parts that were covered with mud to survive just fine. (Or you can use air dry clay and other materials.) ) You can get many ideas to cover and decorate to look like containers we use for art with polymer clay in these pages on my website. Array are free clinics in the United States that people offer free medicines, equipment and other goods at low or no cost. You have to find one that helps. Is it normal to test 160 after eating a meal on your diabetic meter. I just tested for the 1st time.?
My parents are both disbetic tpye second Last fall, I tested 128: e And today, after eating a large fruit, which I tested 163 and I am afraid I am a diabetic, because 80-120 is normal. I'll try again tonight, just before lunch and see what's playing. Fear and panic. You are already diabic doctor if not a friend of panic-Ing! It is not allowed. And you need to know to increase blood sugar, which emphasizes high. "I tested falls Las t 128 at home or doctor's office? 128 is a finger prick randomly and are not diagnostic. It's like a picture. It's this one moment in time and not usable for anything. You need an appointment for each 6 months to have blood on HbA1c, an examination of the average molecules of glucose attached to red blood cells within 90 days. And it is expressed in numbers. 5 is perfectly normal and perfect. 6 is a danger zone where you are right. more than 6 is diabetic. Do not bother with fear and panic mode, anything! It will not help you to not eat the same food that your parents do? or they can not eat starches? I know about teens, too. I had three children and four grandchildren teens and know that when you are away from mom she things my mother would never approve food. Finger sticks alone can not diagnose diabetes. Consult your doctor, but in the meantime, do not panic. It is normal for a meal for a person blood sugar to rise. There are two things to remember when you do a finger stick. Make sure you wash your hands first to remove dirt, bacteria and all the sweet residue that would otherwise cause a false reading to remove. The other thing to consider is the time of the test. For the most accurate results, wait two hours after meals to do it. This gives the body a chance to start this process carbohydrates and secrete insulin to bring down a rising blood sugar on its own. Good luck.

Are diabetic blood tests that test your 3 month blood sugars accurate?
I have type 2 diabetes.been diagnosed in about a year now. My doctor checked me because my monitor tells me that my sugar has consistantly been in 140 years. Tomorrow I'll be happy when they are in the 120-number. Usually the morning is to check the 130 number. He changed me montitor one that you can check the accuracy, I have it and it still shows the higher levels. I'm not on any medication. I was hoping he would glucaphage me or something. I eat right, exercise six times a week, etc. My doc in a lab blood test that checks your blood for the last three months did, and he said they were good, and for me to a log of my test account home and see him for 4 weeks. HbA1c test could off.It happened to me happened. If you believe that the result was wrong to repeat the test. You come back in a month. Since it is not far away, see what happens in four weeks. No worry. Happiness is correct. Hemoglobin A1c is used to verify compliance w / MS of the diet the last 12 weeks or if the legs of other blood tests measuring wc / glucose in the blood at the time. Then the doctor was trying to see how his blood was contol fir Surgir recent months. Most plans allow diabetics too much bread and starchy foods like potatoes, rice and maize. Try reducing the flour (bread, pancakes, waffles, pasta) for a few days complete with rice and corn. For bedtime snack, a spoonful of peanut butter without cookies or crackers. Increase your vegetables. The level of blood sugar should stabilize quickly. If you do not fall to normal values, remove the beans and peas. Cinnamon helps control blood sugar, just sprinkle on anything to eat or drink. Cinnamon has insulin-like properties and it takes about a teaspoon per day. Old Diabetic Test Strips Making This Difference?
My family has a history of diabetes, so I test my blood sugar often. Everything was normal. I can not afford test strips, so I started using my late father's old. Its screen although his stripes do not match mine. The tapes have expired. I'm starting to get treatments in the 600th But I am not passing ketones (these tapes are new and not expired). Can the old lines the origin of these high values? Thanks for any help. Certainly the old band. If your blood sugar was so high, you'd be in hospital! Yes please take and get your blood sugar checked Dr. I do not know what kind glucometor glucometor But they are not code # on the test strip game with the code on it? How are they obsolete? To be sure, call the company that produced it. Absolutely! Bands expires. The new readings of well after the date stated on the packaging. Readgins may be too high or too ow. Absolutely! If you have health insurance will pay for some supplies, if you have diabetes, do not buy more comics. If you have a primary doctor, ask him to draw blood for hemoglobin A1c. It measures the average glucose levels over a period of three months. If you are concerned about diabetes, a glucose tolerance test is done in a lab. If you are overweight, you must solve pounds. Just because your family has a history of diabetes is most often hereditary, and the outbreak of adult life. Sometimes it's history, because maybe your family is overweight, or practice the same habits that predispose them to diabetes. My two sisters are overweight do not have diabetes, but my mother and I have. They are prone to diabetes because of obesity are many other members of my family. It is not hereditary hearing. I have diabetes for 7 years now, taking pills no insulin. I was due to have diabetes as an effect of a drug by weight. I am pleased to say that even if there was a weight loss of 15 pounds since June, my blood sugar is normal and I take the pill that I have to watch my diet, keep the "low-carbohydrate (sugar distribution carbohydrates) Unexplained weight loss is a problem - I had a thyroid test to see if you have an overactive thyroid gland, which increases your metabolism, then weight loss and blood sugar normalized. Can I do another lab test to check if I am really diabetic?
You may have had a fasting glucose of 138 (lab tests), and after losing weight by eating less carbohydrates and exercise, do another test and see if you are really diabetes? The initial laboratory tests: 121 (fasting) According to laboratory tests: 138 (fasting) and 164 (glucose tolerance) I am currently testing the monitor. It should be up to 192 one hour after the meal (2 slices of bread, a banana, 1 ½ cup sugar) and then an hour after the visit, dates back to 95. 85-100 has been fasting since I lost weight and exercise. And no more than 110 two hours after meals. Thanks, but I'm not on any medication for diabetes. I take iron supplements because they are anemic. I guess the type 2. The fact that your blood glucose is the best way to stabilize, does not mean you have diabetes, it means you're doing a good job in controlling it. The real test for diabetes is the glucose curve during the first hours after a test of glucose tolerance. If your blood sugar levels return to normal after one hour, you're not diabetic, but as you go up to 192 after eating, you are still not often that someone is never stops diabetes. You might try a second blood test, but if you ask, how diagnosed diabetics Please do not resolve itself you. You can live a relatively normal life as a diabetic, but to try to repair the system without the doctor can be very dangerous chance check your glycosylated hemoglobin. There is an average blood sugar concentration is the last 120days.and is a better indicator than the level of blood sugar by accident. glycosylated hemoglobin A1c. I think your doctor is the only one who could tell you if you are diabetic Turley. If you have a monitor of blood glucose at home, I would say that there is a proper diagnosis. As your doctor for a test to make sure, you can stop taking the concerns and actions. 85-100 is a good number. Your doctor should see it is another test to order if you are diabetic. If you need medicines are drugs that can cause your little non-prescription medications do not stop unless your doctor tells you to. You have not entered your age. Fasting blood glucose 60-105 mg per 100 ml. Random (non-fasting) blood glucose 126 mg / dl (normal level). When blood glucose exceeds 200 mg / dl, and if you have other diabetic symptoms such as thirst, frequent urination, so you shold have diabetes. Otherwise you're likely to get diabetes in the future. Try to control diabetes through diet and regular exercise to avoid .

You can consult the website of the One Touch to see if a program is difficult to get a discount. Or you can switch to a generic brand of meter, the strips are approximately 1 / 3 cheaper. Where can I purchase a Diabetic Test strip?
Where can I find one? How did they go? Moreover, I can just go in and order? Any pharmacy or retailer, such as Walgreens, Target, Wal-Mart, they will etc but you can not buy one - you must buy at least 25 (I think it is the smallest quantity). If you have a friend with diabetes, you can always ask for one. A test strip is not very good. Get a glucose meter. There are a number of manufacturers. Relion Wal-Mart is one of the largest producers. Go back and talk to your pharmacist about a meter. They are cheaper to recipe (a must for the long term test strips $ 1 each), but you do not need a prescription to buy one. Most counters are equipped with a vial of test strips and lancets to prick their fingers and support. Normally around 50 test strips in a vial. The reason I say that talking with pharmacists they know that the subway is the best in their field, so that the batteries are loaded in the platform, and the strips are cool I love my little Mini OneTouch! Small, handy, but do not have the ability to download. A better question is why you need one if you are so misinformed about its use? However, a container of strips that contain a total of 25, but you can buy a box of 50 actually includes two containers. Any pharmacy. The minimum amount I can find is 1950 for about $ 60. Call a county hospital, maybe can help. Call the operator of the glucose meter, perhaps you'll receive a free pair. Hello my friend, you can buy over the counter from a pharmacy or drugstore. Prices vary, but I think the Bayer brand to be good. Check out this link to a table side by side comparison of glucose meters. http://www.focuspharmacy.com/acatalog/meter_comparison_chart.html Hope this helps. Ollie G http://www.df4u2.c com Your other responder gave you good advice is just to go to the store and get a meter that comes with test strips. Just read the box and make sure it does not come with one. One Touch meters from the shop did not have free test strips. And I wanted to add that you should shop around and find a meter that is free after rebate. Actually, if you are a Walgreens near you they have the FreeStyle meters free after rebate this week .

Does anyone know of a diabetic test meter w/low-cost strips and you can test anywhere on the body?
My mother recently got diagnosed with diabetes, but we do not have much money and we were not for their Medicare Part D, I get the Medicare system is frustrating and confusing, and I want to know how a meter and strips with you little or no money as possible before I can get my mom for a good Medicare Part D Medicare Should I parent card to the pharmacy and take it from there? Help! "Low cost" and "test all" are pretty mutually exclusive. In other words, not a low cost meter test anywhere, and test each meter expensive. The secret lies in the test strips. It's just that the strips would allow "test everywhere." And newer technologies are almost always more expensive. But the mother did not have to wait years for technology to come down in price. Then go looking for a cheap meter band is used, and buy the cheapest of the strips. Do not buy the "drum" ir "disk" m - drums and discs are very expensive!. When asked Do you have a finger stick test, we do not hurt! They do not bite the fingers (where all the nerve endings), but not pierce the side of the finger (where the nerve endings are not as abundant) also hold Lancet (thing finger sticker) high, as is often (strong lancets is less painful) - Using a lancet no more than two days. Lancet cheap - $ 10 for like a hundred, if you buy at discount stores like Sam's Club and Costco. And buy a lancet, which is adjustable. I use a Reli-On brand from Sam's Club. Then go take a blood test stick minimal. And finally, Mom just needs to grow. It is something to be done. Live! the lack of pain is much less than the number of pain caused by uncontrolled diabetes - blindness, nerve damage, amputations, kidney failure and dialysis. A small puncture in the finger can help all these. I've heard about Wal-Mart to have its own low-cost device and test strips, I actually saw an ad on TV yesturday, it is usually only one meter above the lower end, and sometimes the forearm, I use my fingers, just because I feel weird that today was my first and last time I use the forearm, is more difficult to get the blood and is not as precise, fingertip, and I think if I can change the lancet hurts more if I move monthly and do not feel good luck and hope it receives from Medicare D. Walmart has relied on the brand of meter and test strips are the least expensive. Placed by a very reputable company, I forget which now. You can also try going through one of the companies that advertise that you can get free meters and test strips low cost and see what you've done. What does it mean if you prick your finger to do do a diabetic test and your blood squirts out like a fountain?
Every time I dick pinky MTY for a blood test to make my blood spurted like a fountain and go everywhere. What does this mean and should I be concerned and let my doctor know? This means that there is a fountain of blood living in the little finger. Maybe you should say to the press! I know you're not the little finger or thumb to use if you have diabetes, you should know. Using the other three fingers. This means that you are awesome! Your blood has superhuman strength! You can run one km on a backpack full of cats back.Uh yours, but really.I would not worry if you can not stop the bleeding and there is discomfort. If the bleeding stops soon after you? This means that you have a Bloody Mary and watches, blood spurting outta out of your ass. out a warning! This means that you are bleeding. You can also anemia, your doctor may do tests, but I would think that if you have diabetes, he already has this test done. Has no major arteries or veins from the fingers do not worry. This means that you push the needle too far and instead of hitting the capillaries under the skin, you've come to a blood vessel .

Does anyone no where to get diabetic test strips for less cost?
They are Touch Ultra Test Strips. My prescription plan does not cover test strips. Any suggestions would be great! Check the county hospital. Ebay. I can 100ct Accu-Chek Aviva for $ 50 as opposed to $ 110 retail. They also sell American Diabetes Wholesale (one site) them for pretty cheap-about $ 63 for my brand, although I do not know how much it would be for you. It's worth a try, will cost a bit more, but simpler than that offer. & Walmart Super Store. Go to the target and a simple pro-meters for only $ 10. The rods are only giving $ 25 for 50 Pharmaceutical companies of its shipyards, as real money for them in the bars you're buying. I understand that Walmart and CVS Pharmacy has its own type of meter and strips for much less. You do not have a meter free themselves from everyone, go buy your own. why not try ebay. I guess that is where I get mine, but remember to carefully check the expiration date. See also seller's representatives and I know I have no problem with one of those I bought on ebay. Happiness. Ebay! This is where we think we have to prepare you for a third of what you have in store. hope it helps!.

What can alter/fake a diabetic a1c test to make it look around 2-3% lower?
Long story short, I have a way to keep my diabetes HbA1c test from two, 2.5% lower than the likely within 5 days, if such a thing. (I have my reasons, not health gibberish, please) I know what an A1c, I just need to know what's going to affect the test so that it appears about 2% lower than it really is! Fake test LOL Listen, I wish I knew. Your A1C measures how much sugar is stuck on the red blood cells during the last three months. Your only way out of this is a blood transfusion. Within 5 days? Can not do it. Glycohemoglobin levels differ do so much in the short term. There is absolutely nothing you can do. The A1C is based on the amount of sugar "sticks" in the red blood cells during their lifetime. Anytime In the mean age of circulating red blood cells is about 2-3 months old. The laboratory, which measures the sugar in red blood cells that gives them an idea of cellular glucose exposure during their lifetimes.and what it is what it is. I wanted to have a more positive response for you to maintain low blood sugar and is ideal for the five days are help.somewhat. Depending on how out of control that have been in recent weeks. If you are very wrong before, will be under strict control to make a difference. If you want to go from 7.1 to 6.9.not much sense, there is nothing between them. But five days? Not much time.If this is a case of diabetes toilet (!), Then just postpone the appointment of gain control and fine for two weeks and be spiffy!.

Is there a complete non-invasive method for a diabetic to test for blood glucose?
My sister has seen ads on television, claiming that diabetics can use to test their complete without sugar puncture material. Some truth in this? How? It 's still under development. They tried many things, including measures glucose in the blood collection glucoband body fluids under a clock, the only problem was the crowd erupted. Another was the diffraction of light, a light through the fingertip, but can not guarantee that someone use nail polish to oppose the application. They also try to shine infrared light through tissue and blood sugar vs sugar. There are apparently also contact lenses for the development of compounds that change color! However, there are many interesting things to try, but nothing is really accessible and affordable. The GlucoWatch is very expensive and should have their own variation of $ 8 sensor every 3 days or more and not covered by insurance. Essay on the upper arm does not hurt.

How to test a diabetic cat's blood sugar?
My cat was just diagnosed with diabetes. I am also diabetic and my sugar level test during the day with a glucometer. I have not talked to the vet yet, but you know someone or a cat sugar test even without you / pay for the vet? Insulin is very expensive and I try to do the best I can. To visit the vet every two weeks is something I just can not afford, no matter how much I want. Is this the only way to tell if insulin is the right amount? How would you even knowing it was so the cat hypo? Thanks. Ask your vet. You should ask your veterinarian to see what is right for you and your cat. Many times, you stick your ear close to where a vein of blood (which I did with my dog daibetic) is observed. To do this, I suggest you wrap your cat in a towel until he is accustomed to be treated for a blood draw. You use a small amout of blood from the ear as you would a finger and testing the same. Good luck. I'm sure there's a Yahoo group for feline diabetes Yahoogroups.com Just go and have tried to find it. Members will be able to answer your questions about your experience, you probably know where to find supplies of insulin and low cost, etc. I had two cats with diabetes and I can say that I do not think you can do, our vet had to draw blood (bottle) and tested. I will say that after getting leveled off should not have to do often. My cats were used for the procedure and the vaccine before each of the two meals a day. After a bit, "would have to wait to eat and look at me as if to say," Well, where's my shot, "When my cat was hypoglycemia went to sleep and I could not wake up, this time the 'dress to the vet emergency and have reassessed the dose of insulin, as it was revealed that he had lost weight, diabetes was so bad and then the amount of insulin was too old for her. I would talk to your veterinarian about other possible symptoms Good luck to you but no, we used a Glucotrend work to test the blood of diabetic cats. You can use the stick in the urine to see what the level of glucose in the urine (there should be none), or ask your veterinarian to teach you to do a blood test or intravenous and get the ear of a Glucose in the blood. When the cat settled into a steady routine and do not need to check the glucose level daily. If your cat seems a little color or have vomited then check the levels to see if you have to give insulin or not the same as you. What does it mean when you get a diabetic test and it says fair?
So I had a physical a while ago and I am with my paper seems to seek more work, but when I went into a diabetic test and said it just right. What does this mean? It also shows my blood sugar is 60, it's good or bad? You should check with your doctor. They are experts who can answer that question for you. Hope you find the answers you want! Tom http://www.westerndiabetic.com A blood sugar of 60 is very low. You should seek treatment from an endocrinologist. I have no idea what was "fair" means. It was a concept and not a medical term. A glucose 60 mg / dl or 3.3 mmol / L is below average but not abnormal. I would interpret your blood sugar to normal and I would ignore the comment about your diabetes test (glucose) as "fair". If I can be of further assistance please let me know. I wish you good health and in all things God bless you.

Does anyone know where I can find less expensive diabetic test strips?
I looked for a while, and I can not find a test strip is non-expensive. I had to do without for a while. Do not worry, I'm not a full-fledged diabetes, I did it mostly for my own good so I did not have diabetes. (I have hypoglycemia, though.) My system is a rail system that gives you true chip of all. Please and thanks! Using Omni-Pod like Nick Jonas Nick If you live in Britain, "it changed my life," Your own doctor should see the band is expensive everywhere. Your best bet is to find a script doctor and go through insurance. The copayment is usually very low. Is there an online search to find ways they are cheaper. So far, True Track tape has the cheapest (but I doubt the accuracy) and in my area, Wal Mart sells pharmacy they choose the cheapest, but I pay a few dollars more a week queue for my recipe! I think Kroger pharmacy has a very good price. Have you checked online? Hello. constructed track from Home Diagnostics! The company also makes the Prestige IQ blood glucose strips! The price is $ 17 - $ 26 per box with 58 bands! This site has a turnover of these strips (about $ 16/box) http://wwwambercity.com/10402.html Hope this helps!.

diabetic test?
before eating in the morning (fasting), the reader 124 after dinner (after an hour and a half) is reading 198, it is this type of diabetes is high but not extreme, so ok. Ideally, your fasting glucose (before meals) has be110 and your PP (after eating), the 150th In these treatments, your PP levels a bit high. Take better. Good health! This is usually a bit loud in the morning, just take an extra dose of insulin (all 1 unit of insulin provide blood sugar by 25 points.blood sugar should be between 80 to 120) No! Too long to be a normal human being about 100 124, which is not bad, but 198 to high, you should check with your doctor and get drugs, diet and exercise. It is something that high, but you should not only two full hours after a meal. That's what my doctor recommended. After a person eats their blood sugar levels increase. Then he will start again and be close to normal in two hours, unless the diabetic blood sugar is out of control is a little high, but please do not always use extra insulin without consulting your doctor . That were normal before eating, it is logical to be high when you eat. A person walking about 3.2 miles, and that will give low levels. My husband is diabetic, and that works for him. Also I have diabetes and do not give extra insulin when they have a high reading, without consulting a doctor. If you are fairly high, you should take another look at your diet, exercise more and let the MD know you are running high all the time. He is the only one who can give the best advice. Good luck and be blessed is very strong. The damage to his organs is a bit over 140 - is one hour after meal reading of 1.5. You need comfort that you can not go above 140 in total. It is the norm of AAE (American Association of Endocrinologists) fasting blood sugar for a normal person is 83-84. But there is an effect called Casu dawn phenomenon morning measurements to be higher. It is caused by liver dumping sugar in the blood, for it is to anticipate the need to wake up energy. It usually happens around 5:30 in the morning. You can stop the rise of eating a high protein snack or breakfast. You must cut down on carbohydrates and eating a diet higher in protein and fat. The reduction in carbohydrates will stop rising blood sugar and protein and fat gives you the feeling of fullness, so you do not stay for dinner. Limit your carbs and 6 grams of carbohydrates in the morning and a maximum of 12 for dinner and supper. You should also do muscle building exercises. It's the muscle where the sugar has started. It is a kind of high It's okay. Please HbA1c testing. It is the norm of AAE (American Association of Endocrinologists) fasting blood sugar for a normal person is 83-84.
